At LoomX, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy with cash refunds, subject to the terms below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

All original tags must be attached

Item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sale or discounted items

Items marked as “Final Sale”

Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to LoomX error)

Customized or limited drop items (if mentioned at checkout)
3. Cash Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

You will be notified of approval within 2–3 working days

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
Refund method:

If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

If paid online (card/payment gateway): Refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share your order number

Provide clear photos of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
