RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At LoomX, we are committed to delivering premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy with cash refunds, subject to the terms below.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • All original tags must be attached

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

  • Used, washed, or damaged items (not due to LoomX error)

  • Customized or limited drop items (if mentioned at checkout)


3. Cash Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval within 2–3 working days

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

Refund method:

  • If paid via Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be transferred to your bank account or Easypaisa/JazzCash.

  • If paid online (card/payment gateway): Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a traceable courier service.
